Working with Literature

Literature can be associated with a product, an account, or a competitor. You use the Literature screen to:
- View a list of available marketing and sales information.
- Display a document in the application with which it was saved.
- View a document, print it, or send it by email or fax.

Viewing Literature
Sending Literature by Fax or Email
From the Literature screen, you can view literature in the application it was
created in.
To view literature
- Navigate to the Literature screen.
- In the literature list, from the visibility filter, select All Literature.
The All Literature list appears.
- Click the Name hyperlink of the literature you want to view.
The literature item opens in the application associated with the file extension of the item.
You can send literature as an email attachment or a fax message. When you choose the Send Email or Send Fax command, your email or fax program opens and automatically includes the literature file you selected.
To attach literature to an email message
- Navigate to the Literature screen.
- In the literature list, from the visibility filter, select All Literature.
The All Literature list appears.
- Select the literature item you want to attach to an email.
- From the application-level menu, choose File, then Send Email.
