You can use a currency calculator to calculate financial transaction information in foreign currencies. You can specify the country of origin for the transaction and the date on which the transaction occurred. A calculator is also available to assist you with arithmetic operations.

Understanding the User Interface

You access the currency calculator by clicking the calculator button that appears in a field for an amount and a currency. You use the currency calculator to specify financial transaction information in foreign currencies.
To use the currency calculator
- In a value or amount field, click the calculator button.
- In the Currency Code field, click the select button and select a currency code.
- In the Exchange Date field, click the calendar button and select a date.
Tip: Use the arrows to select a different month or year.
- In the Amount field, click the calculator button and use the keyboard or the mouse to enter the amount.

You can use the arithmetic calculator to assist you with calculations.
To use the arithmetic calculator
- In the value or amount field, click the calculator button.
The calculator appears.
- Use the keyboard or the mouse to enter the amount.
- Press Enter.

In the calculator, click the = button.
